Mammoth Mission Afternoon!

This year Clifton Diocese is launching a Year full of Hope encouraging schools to be active in Mission. So our Chaplaincy Team at St Bernard’s are organising a Mammoth Mission Afternoon! On Friday 19th October children are being asked to wear something bright with their uniform to support CAFOD’s ‘Brighten up Harvest’ initiative and after school, there will be bright nail painting! Alongside this, again after school, there will be a cake sale supporting MacMillan Cancer, a foodbank collection for our local Foodbank and a special Harvest performance from our School Council and Chaplaincy Team! We are appealing for the following: bright nail varnish, delicious cakes (no nut products please!) and tins of food.

We hugely appreciate all of your support and hope that you are able to join us for a fun-filled afternoon and set us well on our way in Mission for a Year full of Hope!
